All driving lesson bookings are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time and instructor.

A valid learner's permit is required before commencing any driving lessons with Sydney Safe Drive. You must present your learner's permit to your instructor at the start of each lesson.

Sydney Safe Drive reserves the right to refuse or terminate a driving lesson if the student is deemed unfit to drive due to illness, fatigue, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The instructor’s decision is final.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for driving lessons is due prior to the commencement of the lesson. We accept cash, credit card, and online bank transfer.

Prices for driving lessons are subject to change without notice. However, once a lesson is booked and paid for, the price will remain fixed.

Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, you must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full lesson price.

Sydney Safe Drive reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or vehicle maintenance. In such cases, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer an alternative lesson time.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for pre-paid driving lessons will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as if Sydney Safe Drive is unable to provide the booked lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. A reasonable administration fee may be deducted from any refund issued.

No refunds will be issued for lessons already taken.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Sydney Safe Drive. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
